Crown inspired by the Batman Who Laughs character. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION. Print instructions: 1. Scale the crown ring on your head size. 2. Print the follwing: A. 1 x bat-who-laughs-crown-v2-cut1.stl B. 1 x bat-who-laughs-crown-v2-cut2.stl C. 1 x ear-p1.stl D. 1 x ear-p2.stl E. 1 x mirrored ear-p1.stl F. 1 x mirrored ear-p2.stl G. 6 x ear-connector.stl H. 6 x spike-short.stl I. 10 x spike-long.stl Assembly Instructions: 1. Glue together the crown cuts. 2. Glue together using the connectors the ears (do this for each) 3. Insert the short spikes from inside through the 3 holes around the ear sockets (on both sides) and push as far as you can until it lines up perfect. 4. Ears can now be inserted from the top to the bottom and gravity will hold them but also the spikes will sit nice there. 5. Insert now the long spikes using the same method and you can glue them on the crown. My advice is DO NOT GLUE the ears to the ring. This way you can take them off anytime and carry the crown easily wherever you need. The lines where the two ear pieces (ear-p1 and ear-p2) are connected is not visible as it will be inside the crown (ring). Just glue the two pieces together but don't glue them on the ring. I used an soldering iron to make some details on it. It's best to add them after printing so you can easily print the files without supports. If somehow the bridging is not great on the ring (around the top part of the circles where the spikes are inserted, use a deburring tool to clean the print. But again, this can be printed at 0.3 without supports which makes the model easy and quick to print.
