A 3D model from my Pepakura design days that can be exported to OBJ and then refined in Windows 10's 3D Builder or 123Design into STL format is something I stumbled upon using Pepakura Designer. Though I don't possess the skills necessary to enhance it further, perhaps someone out there will take the time to refine this model.
