Batman Utility Belt - 1989 Replica
thingiverse
A recent customer request has sparked the creation of a Replica 1989 Batman Utility Belt. This new addition will undoubtedly elevate any Michael Keaton Batman costumes out there to new heights. The project was a resounding success and I'm thoroughly thrilled with how it turned out. To bring this replica belt to life, you'll need to print three essential components: 1. A buckle adapted from the original design found on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:642896) 2. A spacer that ensures a seamless fit around the buckle 3. Two belt pieces that can be used interchangeably, thanks to their symmetrical design The belt pieces are designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to easily shape them around your waist. I've included a 5 mm ring slit behind each bullet, which can be connected by a strap to complete the belt. This thoughtful design feature ensures a comfortable fit for anyone who wears it. When printing the belt pieces, use a flexible filament like flexible PLA to achieve the desired flexibility and structure. This material maintains its shape while still being bendable along its top and bottom surfaces.
