This is a custom tape dispenser designed specifically for a Kapton/polymide tape roll with a unique geometric shape inspired by the Dark Knight. The roll measures half an inch wide, accompanied by a sturdy three-inch core that serves as its base. Deliberate precision guided the creation of this design to ensure a seamless press-fit union between the wheel and core of the tape. As a result, a robust structure is achieved that can withstand the demands of use. I used two shafts from the dispenser model for the desired fitment within the Kapton roll core; they can be either glued or acetone welded together seamlessly.
