This DKR Batman Cowl Remix by Killonious has been transformed into a mold for the Formech 686 Vacuum Former. After printing and sanding, fill the mold completely with clay, Play-dough, or any other material that comes to mind. Secure clay underneath the nose as well. This is part of my unique Batman: The Animated Series Hybrid Suit project. The formed mask is crafted from High-Impact-Polystyrene (HIPS).
