Batman: Gotham City Chronicles Insert
thingiverse
This is an insert for the "Batman: Gotham City Chronicles" game by Monolith. It replaces the foam insert in the middle of the hero core box and the plastic side tray on top. The insert holds all tokens/chits, tiles and cards from the main boxes and expansions. There's even some room for future expansion, but probably not a lot. Although I don't sleeve my cards, there are two optional prints to accommodate them. Note that you may want to put some fuzzy feet on the bottom of the trays so they don't scratch up your game board, or you could back the box with the board on top. If the sizes are too large for your print area, I have a separate design with parts already split for you with registration geometry on the connecting edges: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3570166 4/16/19 - I updated tray 4 so the Batmobile tiles now lay flat side by side in two piles. 4/17/19 - I updated Tray 5 to have a bevel on the bat symbol; it looks more finished and will probably print better. 4/17/19 - I added an alternate Card and Dice Tray (6) that works better for sleeved cards. 4/19/19 - I uploaded another alternate tray for sleeved cards, this one eliminates tray 7 to add extra depth. 4/21/2019 - I updated the images. 4/22/2010 - I updated the Bat-Tablet tray to also hold the Wayne Manor/Batcave elevator tile; I also updated the pictures. 5/6/2019 - I just added a picture to show that the 3D models of the computers, safe and bombs fit in the extra component area. 5/7/2019 - I updated Tray 5 (River Tiles) and Tray 2 (Tokens). These don't have any difference in what they held before; I just modified some areas for better interaction with them. I found it hard to get fingers into the river tile tray when it was full, so I added some slots on the sides so you can grab a chunk of tiles more easily. The token tray was a bit tight for a finger in the right most triangle section, so I changed the wall there. If you like it, please give me a tip; I worked hard on it!
