I'm using 11-4.5mm BB's for the bearing, which can be pressed in with a pair of channel locks. However, pausing the print about 75%-80% through and placing them in makes it much easier. It also spins better this way. The weights are M8 hex nuts that can be glued in or heated and pressed into the slot.
