I had limited screws to attach the fan guard, so I adapted the design by @scootnfast to clip it on (batfan_plain). The clip assumes a rim thickness of about 4.4-4.5mm on the fan. To meet my air filter requirements, I uploaded another modified version (batfan) that must be used in conjunction with (backfanunderguard), as shown in the pictures. A 0.5mm gap is visible between the black fan guard and the white under guard where the filter material should be clamped.
