These are two designs, a Batman positive and Batman negative file. If you were to print it on a drink coaster, I would recommend the negative one. This design provides more stability for your glass or cup. I haven't printed these models yet, but I have previewed them in my slicer. My advice is to do this before starting your print. I've seen no problems with the detail so far. You can print it using a single color, multiple colors, filament, or resin. I'd love to see what you guys have made of it - feel free to post a picture of your print or not, whichever you prefer. This coaster is designed to house your favorite drink. It's a standard size, measuring 100 by 100 by 5 mm, and fits perfectly in my coaster holder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3130397 Design Process: I picked a logo from my browser and converted it into an SVG file using Inkscape. I then opened the file in Blender, where I created a 3D object. I repaired the file in Meshmixer and erased some unwanted parts. Next, I added a coaster to the design and merged it with the picture after scaling it. For the negative model, I used 123Design to subtract the image from a standard drink coaster. I saved it as an STL file and sliced it for printing. Although the model still had issues after repairing it in Meshmixer, I decided to export it to Netfabb Online Service. This app offers unlimited STL fix procedures, whereas MakePrintable only provides three options. With Netfabb, I was able to slice the model without any problems.
