I'm glad I have this awesome Batman cowl that fits perfectly, ideal for Halloween and cosplay. Thanks to MIPRESIDENTE, who generously posted the Batman Cowl on Thingiverse, making it a reality. After assembling all parts without the adapter, the mask measures 175.8 mm by 242.62 mm by 310.74 mm (x,y,z). To print it on my 3D printer, I scaled down the model to 0.98. To get started, I imported the Batman Cowl from MIPRESIDENTE into Blender and broke it up into six segments so it can be printed on my Delta printer. I created two adapters to help fit the mask onto my head. Be sure to adjust the scale to match your 3D printer's capabilities and personalize it according to your head's dimensions. To connect the front and back parts, you can extrude the Adapter for support. To ensure a snug fit, glue elastic bands on the inside of the mask to join the front and back pieces together. I print each segment with a scale from 1 to 0.98 (x,y,z) on Cura for my Delta 3D Printer's bed size. Feel free to adjust the adapter length according to your head measurement requirements.
