Batman Combat Helmet Chin V2

I've added loops for elastic straps on the Chin Armor's Helmet update. These loops will allow you to either go around your head under the helmet or connect them directly to it. PLEASE NOTE: I haven't tested this print yet, so be aware of potential issues when printing. If someone could print the File and test it out for me, that would be a huge help. I'd like to thank Taddibbes for pointing out the need for attachment options. UPDATE: After printing the chin armor with supports, everything works flawlessly!
