Batman Bike Valve Caps
thingiverse
I designed this schrader valve cap with a stormtrooper theme in mind. The idea was to create something that fits snugly on a schrader valve. To achieve this, I used the stormtrooper as a guide for determining the size of the hole needed for the valve. Next, I shrunk down the batman head and removed excess polygons using Meshmixer. Finally, I used Tinkercad to fit a hole into the design. I printed about a dozen of these schrader valve caps in case I ever lose one. Fortunately, I still haven't lost any after removing and returning them several times during vigorous rides on my RadRover. If I were to make a new version of this schrader valve cap, I would make it large enough to fit an actual generic valve cap inside the head and glue them together. This design was created using Tinkercad. You can edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/4PNpp2UnD8G. The print settings used for this schrader valve cap were as follows: Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer Model: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .4 Infill: 15%
