I retraced this design https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1326207 by Davidd26... in Fusion 360 mainly because there is a lot of exessive material in that model and I wanted to explore sculpting.I sliced my model and the reference with 1 shell, 20% infill no supports:reference design: 820g, My design: 370g.For anyone interested in the Fusion model, give me a sign.Only use support on the eyes and mouth, the rest printed without supports with minimal stringing.I also changed the XY scale to make it wearable for my kids.Scaling tip:First cut the model so you only have 5-10mm left from front to back of the head and fit that profile to see what scaling you need, you can also do this for the width of the helmet.Print SettingsPrinter Brand:TEVOPrinter: TarantulaRafts:NoSupports: YesResolution:0.2Infill: 20Filament: Extrudr PETG  Notes: Ive printed with 3 shells outer and inner for rigidity.   Category: Props
