An earlier user pointed out that this model originated from one of the Batman Arkham video games, featuring complex intersections and multiple shells which complicate 3D printing. I revised and remeshed the original design to make it suitable for FFF/FDM printers using Netfabb and Meshmixer. Check out the video at http://youtu.be/1xfS5K6L5s0 to see the results. Remember, after scaling your model according to your printer's capabilities, slice it with a layer height of .2mm, 5% infill, 2 shells, and print speed of 150mm/s using Jetty firmware version 3.4. Once completed, embrace your inner Batman!
