Bathtub Installation Spacers

For anyone tackling a bathroom renovation or tub installation project, creating accurate spacing between the flange and framed wall is crucial. Leaving exactly 1/8" space will avoid future complications. To simplify this process, I've designed two helpful components: placement spacers that clip onto the top of the flange between the tub and stud to provide the correct measurement. Once installed, they offer the necessary clearance for smooth work. A second component is a permanent spacer that attaches firmly between the flange and the screwing surface on the wall studs. Its flexible top tab allows for effortless placement before being easily trimmed once the hole is drilled through both parts.
