This is a straightforward grate designed to catch excessive hair before it enters the bathtub drain, thereby preventing clogs from forming. We recently encountered this issue and devised this solution in hopes that it will be helpful. It functions best for longer hair strands, but may not completely eliminate all clogging problems.
