A replacement Shower Diverter Gate/Valve. Assuming your gasket is still fine. Installing on my faucet's shower "lever" did require the use of a "light hammer", ie. the handle of my printer bed scraper. Additional material was added to the "tabs" on the back relative to my original part to hold up to those stresses. I initially printed this part in PLA, which ended up warped from the hot water and pressure to the point of failure after about a week of daily use. Have now re-printed in ABS. OpenSCAD File included in event the dimensional requirements/tolerances are different in your tub faucet.
