Bathtub Drain Hair Catcher Plug: This filter is designed to fit inside your bathtub drain, catching hair as it passes through. It fits a 35mm (1 3/8") drain, and you can resize this model using your slicer to match the size of your bathtub drain. Measure the size of your drain with your bathtub plug for accurate results. The model is inserted into the drain, allowing water to flow freely to the center of the plug, where hair wraps around and is easily removed along with the plug. A rounded top prevents foot injury, while a rounded bottom makes insertion and removal effortless. Large holes in the center column ensure good drainage, and an elegant top adds a touch of sophistication. You have two models to choose from: the Bathtub Drain Hair Catcher - No supports needed, or the Bathtub Drain Hair Catcher - Supports required.stl. The first model doesn't require support material because it contains two sacrificial walls that can be removed after printing, revealing the drain. However, make sure your slicer prints the two outside walls as a single layer of filament for easy removal. If you prefer to add your own support material, print the second version instead. Both models are printed upside-down to minimize support material and improve bed adhesion. I recommend printing with PETG or ABS for best results, although PLA can be used, it may degrade quickly and be harder to insert into the drain.
