The original 3D model was built with Sketchup 13 before being transformed into various other formats for use in different design projects. At its core, it retains the native .skp format. To facilitate advanced rendering capabilities, the scene was subsequently adapted to work seamlessly within 3ds Max 2016 using Vray 3.00 as the primary rendering engine. The variants tiles were generated with ease thanks to the incorporation of the Oob plugin.
