Bathroom Sink Drain Plug
thingiverse
The plug rotted away in our bathroom sink. I don't want to bother with installing a new one at the moment, but don't want jewelry and such to drop down the gaping hole at the bottom of the sink. So a few minutes in Tinkercad, et voilà! I found one of these on Amazon that was nice and all metal, but it didn't fit! This one fits a drain pipe with an inside diameter of 27mm (1 inch). The little tabs on the side are meant to fit the little drain holes that exist near the top of my drain pipe, but if those little holes don't fit it may friction fit in your drain anyway. I printed this ON ITS SIDE, because printing it standing on end will make it too easy to break the little tabs that hold it in place. This is a work in progress. If I have any more revisions of it, I'll be sure to upload them. This object was made in Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/eUXP0onZI40
