This bathroom set includes decorative items and features 3D models in various formats such as 3dsMax 2014, FBX, and OBJ with accompanying textures. However, note that curves in the materials are not exported in OBJ format. If using V-Ray, ensure your version is lower than SP1 to avoid issues with BRDF section which uses Microfaset GTR (GGX) shader. Older versions will have an empty BRDF field; consider using Blinn, Phong or Ward as alternative shaders for compatibility.
