A detailed 3D bathroom scene with dimensions of 15'x13' x 9' high is provided. The room includes a toilet, sink, faucet, mirror, IES lights, Vray lights, a ceiling light fixture, and yellow porcelain-looking fixtures. The model has three subdivisions: 0, 1, 2, and 3, with varying polygon counts and vertex numbers. The sink, toilet, and faucet have subdivision options. The wall texture can be customized to any color. The scene is modeled in 3ds Max 2015 and rendered using Vray. Vray lights and an IES light are included, but the IES light will need relinking. All textures are provided in a zip file and must be relinked. The objects are named appropriately and grouped into one group, with a set coordinate of 0,0,0 for easy navigation. Note that the scene has not been tested in exported formats or other software. Enjoy modeling!
