This 3D model features an entire standard-sized apartment/condo bathroom (5'-0" x 8'-2") with varying poly counts at different subdivision levels. The model includes a toilet, sink and vanity, mirror, light fixture, upper and lower cabinets, shower with glass door, shower controls, towel bars, toilet paper holder, light switch, outlet, floor base, door with hinges and knob, and window with frosted glass. It was created in 3ds Max 2015 using Vray and is modeled to scale and dimensions. The wooden cabinets have UVW unwrap modifier and come with UV maps (resolution 2048x2048). All texture maps are included, featuring wood for cabinets, aluminum for fixtures, wood for the door, slate tile for walls and floor, and frosted glass for windows. All objects are grouped together for easy scene movement. The tub is modeled based on the Mirabelle Sitka Soaker model and includes an overflow, drain, anti-skid pads (not included in the model), and can be subdivided with varying poly counts at different turbosmooth levels. Shower controls are Hans Grohe Croma Green with handheld showerhead and raindance showerhead, along with a 9' tub spout and thermostatic trim with volume control and diverter. The toilet is a Kohler K-3723-0 elongated dual-flush model, grouped into four parts for easy scene movement, and can also be subdivided at varying poly counts. Lastly, the high-quality bathroom vanity includes a wood cabinet with 3 drawers and 1 door, sink, and faucet, all modeled to scale and dimensions.
