I made this thing with Tinkercad. Edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/jXXVBjtoScm. I needed something like this in my bathroom to insert a 40mm pipe into the center hole of the bathroom floor drain. I printed this quickly on my Ender 3 Pro using PET-g filament, which took about two hours with an 0.8 nozzle at 75 degrees bed temperature and 235 nozzle temperature.
