I made this for my coworker, and hopefully it will work just fine for a 40mm thick cubicle wall. After printing out both pieces separately, I had to trim off a bit from the hook side so they could fit together. Once I did that, it snapped into place right away - no need for glue! However, I'm still a little worried about how strong the hook is; I only used 10% infill, and I might need to make some adjustments before it can handle anything serious. I plan on putting it to the test today to see if it will hold up.
