Batgirl 1967 Cowl and Utility Belt
thingiverse
This set of 3D print files brings the original Batgirl costume to life as worn by Yvonne Craig in the delightfully campy 1960s Batman television show. Designed as an upgrade for Rubies' "Batman Classic 1966 Series Grand Heritage Batgirl" fancy dress costume, I created it because I bought the costume and while the suit fit perfectly and the cape measured up, the cowl didn't fit right and the utility belt buckle was slightly damaged, with ugly blocks of foam serving as pouches. The cowl consists of three files: cowl_ear.stl (print two of these mirrored), cowl_back.stl (also print two of these mirrored), and cowl_mask.stl (the front piece, you'll only need one of this). The cowl is sized for a large adult head but may require scaling down slightly for some people. When scaling it down, remember to leave room for a wig underneath. The belt buckle is also in three parts: print one each of bbat.stl, binner.stl, and bouter.stl. It was designed as two separate pieces so you can print or paint the bouter and bbat in yellow and the binner in black, then assemble them without needing any masks. The actual belt used was the fabric one that came with the costume; use that or search for a more accurate one. The bpouch.stl file is a dummy utility belt pouch, and you'll need four of these.
