Here is a summary of the new frame design for a FPV racing drone in the 210 class. This setup is suitable for both beginners and experienced pilots, with a video attached to guide beginners through building their own racing drone with a short explanation and images. I can also provide additional information upon request. The recommended battery for beginners is a 3S Lipo 1400mAh, while experts are suggested to use a 4S 1400mAh battery with a minimum discharge rate of 40C. This powerful setup requires a high-quality lipo. To print the frame parts, use a Prusa i3 printer with no rafts or supports. Set the resolution to 0.20 mm and infill to 50%. The top and bottom frame parts can be printed using HIPS, while the middle part should be made from flexible material that is more rigid than ninja flexible materials. After printing, assemble the drone by attaching the motor, ESC, main controller, UBEC, receiver, and propellers.
