Scale up model by a factor of four for printing; it's virtually impossible to replicate the actual thicknesses of the reed, especially the tip, at this scale. I've only used these models for research purposes. Keep scaling normally if future advancements in 3D Printing technology make it possible to accurately reproduce the thicknesses. Print two separate units, then bind them together securely with wire.
