Bass reflex Enclosure (4) 4" woofers.
thingiverse
This is a bandpass enclosure designed around (4) Dayton audio mid-bass drivers P/N (TCP115-4)it will use approximately 3.5KG of filament to complete. I recommend using TPU for the vibration dampers and PETG for the enclosure.Use at least 4 walls and 35% infill or it may flex and reduce sound output. (more walls will be better)will need:2- M5 x 25mm bolts for the power terminalhas a spot for an internal LPF to be installed inside the sub box. (use a Dayton audio one-may have to print an adapter plate if you decide to go with a different brand)-(4) 4" drivers-10-12ft wire-16 M4x12 mm bolts for mounting-2 tubes JB weld plastic (or equivalent) for putting box together.6-8 OZ Resin for the front insert (could alternately paint the recessed area)Video here has chapter to guide through the play test- freq. response and assembly:Video: https://youtu.be/C8hDqdl52l0
