Bass Ramp
thingiverse
Most bassists prefer playing over the pick-up. The bass ramp is achieved by combining a spot for the thumb and the sensation of having something under the fingers while thinning out immediately after the attack from playing too hard. Playing only over the pick-up yields a nice, punchy mid-range sound, but moving the hand around allows access to other types of sounds. It fits perfectly on my Washburn Taurus T25 with the bridge pick-up slightly elevated (by 3mm). Unless you have the same bass (with the same pick-up configuration), I recommend using it as a starting point model to adapt to your bass.
