A low poly 3D basketball model is designed for gaming, educational, and visualization purposes using Maya 7. It boasts clean topology with no N-gons, primarily quads, and a few triangles. Formats included are Maya 7 (.ma, .mb), OBJ (.obj with .mtl), 3ds Max 2009 (.max), and Autodesk FBX (.fbx). V-ray ver. 1.5 in 3dsMax was used for rendering, along with a render scene. The FBX and OBJ were directly exported from Maya. Faces number 1638, triangles are 3172, and vertices total 1588. UV mapping is done on a single 2048x2048 pixels texture map without overlapping, fully textured with diffuse (color) and bump maps provided in .tiff and .jpg formats within the basketball_textures.zip file.
