Basketball Hoop Wench Gear

In my school district we have basketball hoops that retract with a wench in all of our gyms. When there is an assembly, the hoops can be wenched up so they are out of the way. The wench had some gears made of what looks to be nylon, but the threads inside of them have been stripping out for some time now (the gears have remained intact). The company that makes the wench seems to be unable to provide the gears, so the maintenance department asked if something could be 3D printed. This is the result. The wench appears to be manufactured by LynRus Aluminum Products.
