Basic sword Free 3D model

This is my maiden voyage into online community participation. I'm still acquiring knowledge and skills rapidly. This basic sword has been sitting around for ages; I decided it was high time I brought it up to par with some TLC. Some pertinent specs are as follows: 229 vertices, 197 non-triangulated faces. The textures used come courtesy of https://opengameart.org/content/100-seamless-textures, which graciously offers its assets under the CC0 license. However, when uploading, they're somehow embedded within the preview images – not exactly what I was hoping for. A solution is sorely needed here! Please do keep me informed if any issues arise; early detection can make all the difference in fixing them.
