I discovered that the highest number of polygons in low-poly products is 10K, making my current project with 4220 polygons a true low-poly product. This morning, I decided to start work earlier than usual, but some unexpected obstacle was bound to get in the way. First, the doorbell rang, and it was a friend of my mom's asking about her since she hadn't seen her for a while. They spent some time together in the hallway where I had to leave them alone so I could stay focused on my work. The doorbell rang again, this time it was the gas inspector checking our neighborhood's gas supply, and he coincidentally rang his neighbor's doorbell at the same time. My neighbor opened up and let him in, and they ended up chatting for a while before he came over to check ours. Of course, he took a few minutes to do his job, and then I had to step out to grab some bread since the closest bakery was the only one open. However, it's notorious that the baker often runs out of bread while you're waiting in line, which is why I ended up walking over a kilometer or two to bring back some bread before returning home to work on this helmet.
