basic sedan and wagon
thingiverse
As I update files, I will add a number on the end so you can tell which part I have, such as (interior), (interior2), (interior3), and so on. This is true for all my models. This is a basic sedan and wagon that comes equipped with a small electric motor and can accommodate a battery pack in the front, specifically a 9-volt battery, which is a nod to its origins as a police car project powered by a mini Arduino. Future plans include fitting two AA batteries under the bonnet. It was designed with modularity in mind, making it easier to build and printed on a 20cmx20cm bed. The sedan and wagon share most parts, except for three key components: the rear bumper, upper rear frame, and roof. Most parts are assembled using 4G 9mm screws. The front blue frame slots into the rear blue frame where the door hinges would be, and that is then screwed onto the grey frame under the front seats. The dash attaches to the console, while the entire interior is secured with screws on the side of the front seats. The bumpers simply snap into place, and the roof requires a gentle adhesive. The motor is inserted into the grey frame and secured with screws. Axles are 70mm by 2mm in diameter, and wheels measure 30mm in diameter with a 2mm hole. These components were purchased as a kit from eBay. Please note that this project is still in progress, and I may update parts accordingly. The next step will be to add a police-style roof. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
