Small and large sanding blocks can be crafted using a specific approach. It's possible you'll need to pursue the holes with an 8mm/1.25 thread bolt. Printing the bottom piece with 4-5 perimeters is recommended, along with 10-20% infill density. The screws should have 20% infill density as well.
