Some handy tools for chopping and slicing. Here are 15 simple printable (no support needed) shapes that can be produced in versions with 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 100 sides. That's more than 300 simple shapes before scaling, chopping or merging them together. I've posted the STLs for the 100-sided versions and some examples of the others so you can just print them if you don't feel like working with OpenSCAD. If you can't find what you're looking for, let me know the shape and how many sides it should have and I'll make an STL for you right away. I think that's enough for now - maybe I'll create some lids to fit them later on.
