I typically rely on a straightforward control horn that fits well in many of my aircraft designs. To produce these parts, I commonly utilize a 3D printer to create them out of either PLA or ABS plastic with a high level of infill, three layers of perimeter walls, and they usually require some minimal support structures to ensure they print correctly.
