I've been searching for a Pi Zero case that snaps together perfectly, sans screws. However, some cases pose a challenge when trying to attach the Mini HDMI plug - it refuses to seat fully within the Pi Zero. Additionally, these cases often obstruct many of my HDMI cables. I resolved this issue by incorporating a cutout in this design, ensuring open access to both the HDMI and micro USB ports. Variants of this case will be released with diverse options. This design can be printed without support, with each half printing on its flat side.
