Basic NVD Helmet Mount

I was blown away by mming1106's NVG Mount design, so I decided to print one out for my helmet right away. I thought it would be really helpful if we had a basic mount that everyone could build onto, making it easy to add other attachments and mounts later on, so here it is. As an added bonus, I increased the size of the locking tab holes to 5mm, allowing you to use a standard click ballpoint pen spring for a secure fit. Simply cut the spring in half and insert one half into each hole, and you're good to go!
