Basic mt3608 Case (Added Micro USB Variant)

I designed a basic case for the mt3608 that utilizes an old cut off USB cable which was simply laying around. The input side of this design features a 3.15mm cable, while the output side boasts a 4mm cable. ---Update--- I added a variant to the original design by incorporating a micro USB breakout board on the power input side. When wiring this version, you will need to cross over the positive and negative wires, however I did not encounter any clearance issues during assembly.
