Print the cone at 99% scale, while printing the fins and cap at 101% scale to ensure they fit snugly in place. Failing to adjust the scales might result in a poorly assembled rocket due to mismatched components. The supports are necessary because of a small brim within the rocket body that hinders the engine's upward push from escaping through the nose cone. Apply support blockers to the threaded parts of the body, while leaving the cap and fins without any support requirements, but the nose cone demands its own set of supports for stability.
