To accommodate my spool holder's restrictive holes, I opted to create a custom spool for my 618 nylon spools that utilize the same size of filament, 1.75 mm. A central hole of 32 mm will adequately serve most printers in this setup. **Assembly Requirements:** Printing and assembling the provided top and bottom units is a simple process. These two parts need only to be connected through standard gluing methods. Two holes adjacent to the spindle serve as critical lock-in positions when handling the spool, particularly when performing respooling tasks. Additionally, multiple small-diameter openings facilitate filament securement during non-print periods using simple sticking methods. I specifically used strong ABS material and painted a few layers of high-strength ABS for this project's creation. All print resolutions utilized here were conducted at a detailed 0.3mm.
