Basic extruder

This extruder is a vital component of an ambitious project, a complete 3D printer that relies on CoreXY movement for smooth operation, Hiwin linear guides for precision, and Nema17 stepper motors for reliable performance. We plan to create two versions of the printer: one tailored for tinkerers and another designed for consumer/prosumer markets. The tinkerer's version has already been built and requires minor refinements to be completed. Our next step is to design and build the more advanced consumer-grade model. Once we're satisfied with the quality, we'll share drawings and STL/STEP files online so others can use them. Our 3D printer prototype is currently functional, thanks in part to the extruder included in this device. Print Settings Printer: Home built Notes We didn't print the parts; instead, we machined them on our CNC mill. You may be able to print them, but we haven't tried it yet. The design process involved using Autodesk Inventor HSM 2016 to create files. I've provided a PDF file with dimensioned drawings and a complete BOM featuring an exploded view. Additionally, you'll find a STEP file of the assembly and STL files for those who want to print this project. If requested, I can share the original Inventor CAD files.
