Basic Enclosure Hinge
thingiverse
I designed and crafted a simple hinge for my 3D printer enclosure using basic materials. The hinge provides just enough clearance to fit a thin piece of plexiglass, which serves as the front door of the enclosure. I secured the plexiglass in place with M3 nuts and bolts, taking care to pre-drill holes that align perfectly with the frame of the enclosure. To add extra stability, I applied hot glue around the edges where the bolts meet the frame. A short length of 1.75mm filament serves as a pin, holding everything together securely. To replicate this hinge, you'll need: 6 x 10mm M3 bolts 3 x M3 nuts
