basic bowden clip v5/v6
thingiverse
The bowden clip design is quite basic, with a height that exceeds 1 mm due to the squishing of the first layers on my printer. To compensate for this, I adjust the z-scale in the slicer after printing one test piece. Unfortunately, most other bowden clips made from PLA and PETG have broken, including this one. However, Nylon Taulman 230 has been the only material that works so far, printed at a hotend temperature of 240Celsius. My settings for this print are as follows: hotend temperature is set to 240C bed temperature is kept at 40C an adhesive stick is used the material used is Nylon Taulman 230 layer height is set to either 1.6 or 1.2 mm speed is maintained at 45mm/s
