Basic Anti Rocker Grind Wheels for Aggressive Inline Skating Including Fusion 360 Template
prusaprinters
I've uploaded wheels in 45mm and 50mm diameter, bearing takers and straight to axle type. I recommend 45mm for most anti frames but let me know if you would like other sizes added. I've also added a fusion 360 file which has a template for these wheels for you to play around with and help you learn fusion for creating your own custom wheels. It will show you lots of different methods to model parts including extrude, revolve, mirror, pattern, Chamfer, fillet, joints etc. Most feature parameters are editable in the 'Change Parameters' function, use this to change wheel size and tweak clearances depending on your (3d printer?) requirements.I recommend you first print a test wheel with like 2-3 walls and 10% infill, you can then make sure your bearings or axles fit ok. If they don't, don't blame me blame your printer. You can scale the part larger or small a minimal amount in the slicer or changing the parameters until everything fits perfect. Final printed wheels to be skated must be 100% infill like all skate parts should. For basic anti wheels like these I recommend concentric infill for the strongest parts. You will need to support the central hub for the bearing takers, straight to axle requires no supports. If this was useful or if you learned anything from it all I ask is you hit like and PLEASE upload photos of your makes, it means a lot to me to see this. This is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
