You'll need one 608 bearing, four M3 screws, and a short piece of M8 threaded rod, plus a washer positioned below the disc and two M8 nuts. One side features a standard 5mm LED light, while the other side contains some type of Light Dependent Resistor (LDR). It's obvious that making it out of clear plastic would be a poor design choice.
