Basic Adafruit PiTFT - 2.8" Resistive Touchscreen Display
thingiverse
Model of the Adafruit PiTFT - 2.8" Resistive Touchscreen Display Made to replicate the real thing, as it needed to be placed inside a vacuum former, where screens and vacuum formers typically don't mix well. This model is quite accurate, created using resources from the adafruit site and precise measurements taken with callipers. A more detailed version will be updated in the future, including an underside, but for now, it was sufficient as the plastic only impacts the top of the display. Hopefully, this can serve as a useful reference for people planning builds or similar projects, with the added benefit of a Sketchup file included for users to adjust and check accuracy for their own needs. An image of the print will be uploaded once it returns from the workshop.
