Basic 60 degree centre gauge for maching (thread angle & set up)
myminifactory
My first model so very basic but also very useful if you use a lathe! I made it for myself as I couldn't find mine, so ideal for getting you out of a pickle ;) A simple 60 degree thread/centre gauge for use on a lathe. You can use it to set your cutting angle when threading, and you can also check that your tool post is square to the work. Starrett make a lovely one, but it's expensive for a little piece of steel. Print a bunch of these out and you can afford to lose a couple! 100mm overall length, 60 degree angle as both ends, 5mm thick. Obviously no supports or anything required, takes around an hour in super quality (Cura).
